• Copy of Seafarer?s Registration Certificate (SRC)
• Marriage Contract (if married)

Co-Maker or Co-borrower

• Non-collateral Loans would require a Co-Maker or Co-borrower. The Co-Maker or Co-borrower must be an immediate relative of the applicant.
• The standard requirements for a Co-Maker or Co-borrower are the following:
• A Filipino Citizen
• 21-59 years of age upon loan maturity
• Latest 2x2 picture (3pcs)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver?s License, SSS, etc.)
• Proof of Billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
• Must have a steady source of income.
